His background as an athlete and a member of numerous sports teams instilled in him a strong teamwork mentality, a desire to succeed, and a growth mindset. Outside of his professional life, Josh's greatest joy is his family. He cherishes the privilege of raising two young children alongside his wife on Maryland’s eastern shore.
